Dark Moon Tarot

One of my favorite things to do is to meditate by the water. The smell of the ocean and sound of the waves crashing on the shore always puts my mind at ease. To release stress & worries, I arrange shells that I’ve collected on the beach in a spiral, working in a counterclockwise motion. Every time I place a shell I think of a worry or negative thought that I would like to release. When I feel the spiral is complete, I meditate and wait for the tide to come in. As I watch the ocean carry away the shells, I can feel my worries & stress being washed away with them. This is a wonderful way to clear your mind!
