THE MAGICKAL & HEALING PROPERTIES OF CREEDITE

Creedite is one of my favorite stones because of it’s ability to inspire creativity and to raise one’s personal awareness. A small chunk is all you need to benefit from it’s powerful healing energies!

Magickal Uses:

Not much has been written about Creedite’s magickal uses, but I use it frequently to assist in my own magickal and psychic workings.

During readings I’ll usually place a piece of creedite on my reading table as it helps to channel & communicate messages received from spirit guides and from loved ones that have crossed over. If you are looking to develop your intuition, meditate with a piece of creedite on your Third Eye! Creedite helps to open your Third Eye Chakra and can assist you in becoming more receptive to psychic information. Creedite can even help you to recall memories & lessons that were learned in past lives.

I always place creedite on my altar when I need assistance from my ancestors & spirit guides to help make an important decision. The answers & guidance I need will usually come in the form of vivid, realistic dreams within a couple days of asking for assistance.

Healing Properties

Creedite helps one to stay optimistic when life gets hard. Creedite raises personal awareness and helps one’s purpose and path to become clear. It aligns your physical self with your spiritual self which helps you to think and act from a spiritual perspective. If you are looking to overcome an addiction, carrying creedite with an amethyst crystal will encourage sobriety. Holding a piece of creedite will ignite creativity and can also help you to break though writer’s block.

Creedite is a powerful and effective stone when used during energy work. Even a small piece of creedite will cleanse the aura and remove energy blockages. Creedite also helps to one to acknowledge emotional needs and to release repressed emotions such as guilt, sadness or anger. It’s not uncommon for people to get emotional the first time they hold a piece of creedite.

THE MAGICKAL & HEALING PROPERTIES OF HEMATITE

People once to referred to hematite as a “blood stone” in the Middle Ages because the water it was cleaned in would turn a dark, blood red. This is due to the high iron content in hematite. Hematite was frequently used in mourning jewelry during the 18th & 19th century and it was even ground up into a powder to make a beautiful red blush. Hematite is one of my favorite stones because of it’s ability to assist one in staying grounded & centered. It is a must-have stone in everyone’s crystal/mineral collection!

Magickal Uses:

Hematite is an excellent stone to use for psychic protection. It wards off negativity, grounds nervous energy and will help protect you from any incorrect magick that may be sent your way. When used to assist in astral travel, hematite helps to protect you on your journey.

Carry or wear hematite if you have trouble focusing/calming your mind during spellwork or meditation. It will help you concentrate and will assist you in focusing your mind on one thing. A large, polished piece of hematite also makes a wonderful scrying mirror!

Healing Properties

Carry or wear hematite to help connect, balance & harmonize your mind, body and spirit. If you find yourself overcome with anxiety & stress, keep a hematite close to ground nervous energy and to help bring peace to your mind. Hematite also helps you to see what’s important when you are forced to juggle priorities.

Hematite is an excellent stone to use to help you discover your strength, confidence and power. If you have trouble standing up for yourself, setting boundaries or have become a doormat to others, hematite is the stone for you!

Ancient Egyptians believed hematite could help to stop a wound from bleeding. In modern times, hematite can be used to help cleanse the blood and to help improve/regulate circulation. If you place hematite on a part of your body that is experiencing cramps, it will help to relieve the cramping. I always keep a piece of hematite close when I’m sick to help speed my recovery time!

THE MAGICKAL & HEALING PROPERTIES OF ROSE QUARTZ

Rose quartz is one of the stones I use most frequently and it’s a must have in every crystal collection! Rose quartz is relatively common and I’ve even found a few pieces walking through the woods in New Hampshire as a child.

Magickal Uses:

Rose quartz is an excellent stone to use in spells where the intent is to bring peace to a home or to a group of people. Place rose quartz around the home or office to encourage optimism and to dispel negativity. Rose quartz will ward off arguments and calm violent tempers.

You can also use rose quartz in spells that involve love. I have found love spells manifest faster when I’ve somehow incorporated a rose quartz! Rose quartz can help one to attract love or to become more receptive to love. If you find things are getting boring in the bedroom, place a piece of rose quartz under the mattress to help spice things up! Remember that it’s only when you love yourself that you are able to give & accept love from other people.

Healing Properties

Place a piece of rose quartz on your heart chakra during meditation to help you to release negativity, self-defeating mindsets and repressed feelings. Rose quartz helps to open your heart chakra and it encourages acceptance, self-trust, self-love, confidence and self-esteem. Placing a rose quartz on your heart chakra during meditation also helps to soothe anxiety, overcome grief, heal a “broken” heart and it comforts those who are healing from emotional/physical trauma. Rose quartz is a must have for those who are recovering from any body image disorder or for those who are survivors of physical or sexual assault. If you have a child that is dealing with bullies, have them carry or wear a rose quartz. It will help them remain self-confident in the face of adversity!

THE MAGICKAL & HEALING PROPERTIES OF FLUORITE

Fluorite is a beautiful stone that comes in a variety of colors. All colors/varities of fluorite share some of the same generic attributes, but specific magickal & healing uses of any fluorite crystal can vary greatly based on the crystal’s color.

Magickal Uses:

Use clear fluorite to connect to higher realms and to assist in communicating with spirits or guides. I usually place a piece of clear fluorite on my ouija board whenever I use it!

Carry or wear purple fluorite for psychic protection or place a piece of purple fluorite under your pillow to assist in astral travel.

Yellow fluorite is an excellent stone to use in spells when a fast manifestation of money, material items, or a successful outcome is needed. Carrying yellow fluorite will help to attract abundance into one’s life by encouraging optimism & positive thinking.

Healing Properties:

When carried or worn as jewelry, all varieties of fluorite work to remove energy blockages and will purify & stabilize the aura. All varieties of fluorite are psychically protective and will dispel negative/incorrect energy. Fluorite grounds excess energy and it helps your mind to concentrate & focus on the task at hand. Fluorite’s powerful healing energies can benefit adults & children that have been diagnosed with an attention disorder such as A.D.D. or A.D.H.D.

Place purple fluorite on your brow or Third Eye chakra during meditation to help to become more receptive to psychic information and to assist you in visualization during meditation. I also find that purple fluorite helps to keep my mind from bouncing from thought-to-thought while I am meditating.

Do you have trouble clearly communicating your ideas to others? Place a piece of blue fluorite on your throat chakra during meditation to help you to speak your mind and assist in expressing your feelings to others!

Place a piece of green fluorite on your heart chakra during meditation to help heal emotional trauma and ground nervous energy. Green fluorite also helps to release guilt and it encourages compassion & forgiveness. When life gets hard, keep a piece of green fluorite close as it will help you find order & clarity during chaos.

Do you have a bad case of “writer’s block?” Meditate with a piece of yellow fluorite on your solar plexus chakra to get the creativity flowing! Yellow fluorite also encourages cooperation, acceptance and flexibility. Place pieces of yellow fluorite around your home or office to discourage pessimism, stubbornness & argumentative attitudes.
